Whoever said it was okay to wear leggings and mid-thigh length "dresses" to church? These people annoy me. If you're going to wear leggings, fine. I own a pair myself. I am not opposed to wearing leggings. But could someone please tell me why some girls find it appropriate to wear them to church? Could we get an official statement from the brethren or something? They did it for flip-flops. I have a feeling leggings will be next. 
Oops! Hillary Duff forgot her scriptures! Oh wait, no she didn't...because she's not going to church. Even hilary knows that she's inappropriately dressed to be in the Lord's house.

emily.. i agree 100%.. i think it's funny that they see a difference between tights and leggings in the first place that that makes it okay to all of a sudden wear the skirts up to their butts again ( i am mostly speaking of those temple endowed girls) but i agree.. show some respect..

I totally agree! There are so many girls that think it's okay to wear those shirts that barely cover their butt, because they have leggings on. I go to the university ward and the singles ward has sacrament right before ours. I can't believe some of the stuff they wear to church! Crazy girls!
A woman in my Relief Society condemned leggings when we had a lesson on modesty.
I thought I was going to hell - I wear leggings to church!
I don't wear booty dresses, but I do wear leggings with my knee-length dresses so that when it rides up, you can't see my "special" clothes. I've seen one too many booties when girls cross their legs in church.
I hope we can still be friends :-P
